  3. Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time for your order is typically between 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location within the EU. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods may slightly affect delivery times.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship to countries within the European Union (EU). Customers residing in the United States can find our products on Amazon.com.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

  6. Shipping Costs: For EU orders with a total value of 60 EUR or more, we offer free shipping. If the total value of your EU order is below 60 EUR, a shipping fee of 6 EUR will be applied. Please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  7. Packaging: We take utmost care in packaging your order to ensure the products arrive in excellent condition. Our packaging materials are designed to provide adequate protection during transit.
